However, the High Sierra Elevate 28" was one of the lightest alternatives, at a good price and with excellent features like a drop bottom.

The bag's built-in high-density foam structure, meanwhile, helps maintain the bag's shape while minimizing weight, so you can keep delicate items safe inside without hauling around a traditional suitcase. And should you need to create a single large space, you can roll up the divider panel and combine the lower and upper compartments.
Most importantly for travelers, the Elevate bag is a breeze to transport, with inline skate-style wheels and a recessed, telescoping aluminum handle system. Other details include two zippered front accessory pockets for small items, two top-loading end compartments for even more storage, protective corner-mounted housings, adjustable exterior compression straps, durable webbing handles with a padded grab handle on the end, and a custom ID holder that stores in the front pocket.
