(More customer reviews)After considerable research, I opted for this duffle bag, mainly as a result of the price and weight. My hopes regarding the quality were not too given the relatively low prize but I was pleasantly surprised once the bag arrived. At first glance, however, I then began to have doubts about the carrying capacity since the bag seemed quite small. There, too, I got surprised. The bag holds an amazing amount of clothing! There was actually still room once I reached the 44lbs limit! The design of the bag is quite clever, too. Ample pocket space, an internal liner for dirty or wet clothes, strings on the outside to adjust the volume, a zippered flap to hide the pulling mechanism etc.
What amazed me the most, however, was that the fully loaded bag did not tip over! This seemed to be a universal problem of these types of duffle bags. Also, the rolling behavior was excellent -- no tipping over or awkward handling. While I have yet to see how well the nylon exterior holds up to the wear and tear of traveling, I am confident that it would take a lot to penetrate the tough shell. So, in summary, I can heartily and without reservations recommend this bag. So far I have noticed absolutely no drawbacks. As a result, I will get a second one to keep for myself (my son is using the one reviewed here).
