I have another smaller Eagle Creek I've used for the past 12 years and it's still holding up strong.I've traveled everywhere with it and it's received its share of abuse, but it's still holding up strong.Their bags are extremely functional and tough as nails.They're a little more up front, but well worth the price.

This product is made of tough fabric with multiple stitching and reinforcement straps. Handles/grips on all sides. Very roomy design with a flexible organizing partition, plenty of accessible pocket capacity, and boot/shoe protector. Smooooooth wheels and very light weight. Not hard-sided so you might not put a fancy suit it it, but perfect for short trips and vacations. A great intermediate-size choice if you like to "travel light".

(More customer reviews)I just purchased this bag to haul either the tripod and head for my large camera lens, or my ski gear. My wife has the previous generation of this bag and this current generation falls short on a couple of counts. First, the prior generation had six (6) interior mesh pockets that were quite handy for storing small things (battery chargers, my small pocket knife, etc.) but the new bag does not have these pockets. Second, and most important, the fabric is not as tough and the bag was not as well constructed. After its first time being handled by the airlines, the middle exterior pocket was hanging from the bag -- it appears that the zipper was not correctly sewn to the bag based on the long thread and three detached fabric pieces. Needless to say this bag is going back.

(More customer reviews)I was given this bag as a gift, and couldn't be happier.I was looking for a minimalist travel bag, and the Shuffle fits the bill.The shuffle is light and well constructed.It seems durable, although I've only used it on two trips so far.I went with the large size for greater volume for longer trips, and can be compressed down to carry-on size when packing lighter to save on baggage fees.It worked amazingly well on my latest four-day trip.I am using this bag with items from the Eagle Creek pack-it system, which is perfect to keep the duffel organized.I used an 18" folder, a cube, and a half-cube for my trips.

Another small pocket on the outside of the bag, and possibly some sort of removable padding (for using the straps in backpacking mode) would improve an already great product.

(More customer reviews)This bag is every travelers dream duffel at a decent price. Its well guarded on all the four corners to protect from all punishment. The compartments are mind blowing, well separated and well cushioned and the bag materialand shape is excellent. I did a thorough research and found that the only other competing option was Jansport 29in wheeled duffel. The Jansport wheeled duffel is a real quality bag. The eagle creek scored on two points. It was bigger than Jansport and most importantly the chains are lockable. Jansport does not have lockable chains, a big disadvantage that can kill your peace of mind. The Jansport bag is an Antic bag after all. lol.
