(More customer reviews)I got back two weeks ago from my first trip with this bag, a 12 day wintertime adventure in three cities, w/o access to laundry. It worked brilliantly. The shoe pocket is fantastic, and there's tons of room.The bag itself is fairly light, and I managed to fill it to capacity w/o hitting the weight limits for the airlines.
The only improvement I could think of would be to put some kind of extra fabric/plastic on the wheel-side pocket - because the bag does stand on end when you're wheeling it around, it could use a bit of extra protection - there was a bit of scuffing to the fabric but nothing major.
Also, the color is great - about halfway between navy and royal blue - but don't get it please, I like being able to identify my bag quickly!
