(More customer reviews)This was my first High Sierra purchase. I recently borrowed on from a friend for my vacay back to the states. It was awesome. This bag is very sterdy, and handles being thrown out of helicopters rather well. The fact that it can roll in airports, and then be put on like a back pack for walking up stairs and through rocks and sand is perfect.
The shipping was outstanding. The estimated date that I was to recieve the bag was a little too far, and I needed it within the week and a half of the purchase. I contacted the people at luggage guru, and they were able to ship it to me within the first day or two of my purchase. It got to me the 2 days before I was supposed to leave. I ordered it on the 28th of February and I recieved it on the 10th of March, which sounds like a longer time than needed, but I was in Iraq. Mail normally takes 2-3 weeks to get out there to us, so that shows you how much these guys were willing to try to work with my request.
Overall, great product from a great company with an awesome group of people to see that it got to me in a very timely manner.
