Pros:
1. The mesh ball carrier at one end is great for drying out wet flipflops and other wet gear.
2. Plenty of space for your workout log, MP3 player, gloves, etc, in the compartment between the mesh and the main area.
3. Main area holds a ton of stuff.I typically bring two towels, your standard workout cloths, plus a tracksuit, multiple water bottles, and my lunch in this area.
4. The far end pocket has mesh areas so your shoes/other stuff can air out.

Con (and a minor one): The strap is really wide at one end, making the main pocket somewhat annoying to open fully.
